If you're not aware, most Las Vegas hotels (especially the higher star rated ones) now charge extra for more than double occupancy and/or rooms with two beds.

The best option closest to your budget, imo, would be:

4* The Strip - Northwest (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $147/nite with:
Business Center
Restaurant
Casino
Fitness Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> best guess for this property would be Treasure Island Hotel and Casino.  Although all PRICELINE reservations are for double occupancy, this PRICELINE EXPRESS offers a 'Bed Choice' and for $158/nite you can guarantee two queen sized beds.  Although technically your reservation is still only for double occupancy, i don't know of anyone who has yet had an issue showing up with triple/quad occupancy when a specific room type was chosen and that room type is designed to accommodate that number of guests (although you could play is safe and only have two people go to the desk to check-in while the other two start to explore the casino or check out some other part of the hotel).

HOTWIRE does allow you to search for up to quad occupancy (and guarantees sleeping accommodations for everyone that you include in the search, although the second 'bed' in the room could be a pullout sofabed or rollaway brought into the room)... but searching for 4 adults there does not show anything on the Strip that is within your budget.  I also tried searching for 2adults/2children, which would guarantee sleeping accommodates for four people and you could, as above, just have two people go to the desk at check-in, but all that appears that is close is Bally's for $140/nite... this would give you a more central strip location, but i think Treasure Island is a better choice (and although TI is near the northern end of the 'main' part of the strip, it does give you easy access to lots of hotels that are in that area... Wynn, Encore, Venetian, Plazzao, Mirage, Caesars, etc)

Let us know your thoughts and how you'd like to proceed (or how it goes if you take the guessed offer above of Treasure Island) and we'll take it from there.
