Thanks for the reply! We ended up only needing 1night and another hotel popped up for $145/night in the Gulch area. It ended up being The Westin with these amenities:

Restaurant, Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Spa, Pet Friendly

 

We are very happy with this win and loom forward to our stay! Any idea if our gold status with SPG will be able to be used for an upgrade/free breakfast?

The 'written policy' is that you don't get status benefits on any 3rd party bookings although sometimes you can get lucky and a nice front desk clerk will still give you any perks attached to your status so it never hurts to ask, be friendly and conversational at check-in, don't demand any benefits but ask nicely, etc, etc... it also helps if the hotel has low occupancy and is not very busy.
