Please help identify this 4.5-Star Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas at The Strip - Northwest Area

It's showing $67 per night (for 2-7 April) with following amenities

Business Center

 Restaurant

 Indoor or Outdoor Pool

 Casino

 Fitness Center

 No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

Resort fees $419.50 for 5 night for 2 rooms.

I think it's the mirage after some research but I would like your help anyway:)

I have some questions. this hotel have bed choice between king bed and queen bed.

We are a family of 5 people and looking for one room with 1 bed and one room with 2 queen bed.

My question is if the option of the queen bed is the room with 2 queen bed, because I know the mirage has an option of a queen resort room that has 2 beds.

Also if you have other hotels to offer (with an option of a room with 2 beds) I would like to hear.

Thanks so much!

Welcome to BetterBidding!

4.5* The Strip - Northwest (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $68/nite with:
Business Center
Restaurant
Indoor or Outdoor Pool
Casino
Fitness Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> from the Priceline Hotel List this does match previous reports for The Mirage and that would be my best guess

However, a couple of 'issues' to discuss (not to worry, all can be overcome, but you should at least be aware):

-you won't be able to purchase two different room types in the same transaction, so you will either need to choose one room type for both rooms or make two separate purchases (in which case there is always a chance the same offer may not be available after you make the first purchase)

-it looks like the Queen bedded rooms at the Mirage are indeed 2 Queen beds, but should you be assigned something different, there would be little recourse since the listing did not indicate that there would be 2 Queen beds

Nothing wrong with the Mirage (it was my first Vegas hotel so i'm somewhat partial to it), but i'm also a big fan of the Venetian/Palazzo:

5* The Strip - Northeast (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $97/nite with:
Fitness Center
Airport Shuttle
Business Center
Casino
Casino
Restaurant
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
Indoor or Outdoor Pool
==> best guess for this one would be the Venetian.  This is more expensive than the 4.5* above, but the rooms at the Venetian are oversized and the extra space is really nice, imo... the living room area makes the room more of an oasis to return to rather than 'just' a hotel room

Is this a risk you'd be willing to accept or how do you plan on handling the above?

Most of the 5* hotel hotels in Las Vegas now charge more for rooms with two beds (vs. rooms with only one bed).  Based upon room prices it does seem like low demand dates in Las Vegas so hopefully the front desk clerk will be willing to honor your request for changing the room configuration of one of the rooms (assuming you do book a hotel with a specific room type)... and hopefully at no additional charge.

One advantage of the Venetian offers is that all standard rooms have a pullout sofabed (and a good one... not a 2 inch mattress where you can feel every spring underneath you) so that could always be used as a second bed should you not be able to get one of the rooms changed to the configuration that you want (or if they want an additional charge and you're not willing to pay it)

if you have any hotels that offer that option it would be great.

Exactly what option(s) are acceptable...

-if a room type of only two beds is shown would you book 2 rooms like that and then hope you can change one room to a King bed, or is two beds in both rooms acceptable?

-do you need to show both 1King and 2Queen room types as that is the only acceptable combination

-is the pullout sofabed at the Venetian not an option?

I'm willing to pay more per night.... The mirage is the best thing I got so far

Currently do you like the Mirage option better than the Venetian option? (if so, is it because of the room types offered or do you not think the Venetian is worth $30/nite more than Mirage?)  For what property(s) would you be willing to pay more?  What would you be your maximum budget? (per nite before fees/taxes)

I would book one room with king bed and one with 2 queen (Book them separately).

I'm still not sure about taking the sofabed.. I think I will take this option if I wont find hotel that offer 2 beds.

I found the Venetian, and I saw that they does have an option of 2 beds but it's a bit expensive for me.

I will be willing to pay more if I know for sure that I have a room with 2 beds. I guess the maximum budget is 200$ for both rooms per night.

With the 1King going for $96/nite and the 2Queen selling for $126/nite (as indicated above most Vegas hotels are now charging more for rooms with 2 beds) this comes to $222/nite for both rooms and using the board Priceline Coupon brings this down to $210/note... really not far off from your $200 target. (and if the sofabed option would work then you're looking at $182/nite for both rooms)

How old are your kids?
