==>  While unfortunately not the Hilton, this would likely be the Arathena Rocks Hotel, which definitely gets better reviews than the Assinos Palace.

==>  Hotel Casa Caprile would be my best guess.

==>  Not certain, but the Hotel San Michele would be a guess here. For not much more than the 3*, a 4* with somewhat better reviews.

Thanks for the tips! We are going to hold off on Taormina and Capri for now - going to investigate Amalfi and Ischia.
