Hi there,

Hoping to reveal or narrow down this mysterious hotel in Punta Mita. I have the following information from Hotwire:

 

Area: Punta Mita - Punta Negra area

Travel dates: 12/24-29

Price: $210/night

4.5 Star, 85% rec GREAT!

Trip Advisor: 4.5, 2001 reviews.

Complimentary: Free breakfast, free Internet, free parking

Amenities listed: Fitness center,  golf nearby,  pool(s), restaurant(s), tennis nearby

==> i don't have a lot of confidence in this guess, but i think the Iberostar Playa Mita All Inclusive may be likely.  I don't have confidence since this property gives no indication of being all-inclusive, but such a large price difference when searching 1adult vs. 2adults is usually typical of all-inclusive properties.

 

If you would be interested in this property, since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

This is extremely helpful, thank you so much for the quick response. It is only for one adult. I too had questions about it not being labeled all-inclusive, so I'm validated you do too. I haven't decided yet, but if I do go to this hotel I'll be sure to post the results. Thank you again!
