Chris26WI
Thats interesting, I always thought the Interconti would be participating in PL too. As it's very close to the Meridien Park Hotel, I assume it's in the Frankfurt (East)-zone of Priceline, yeah? The Marriott doesn't have availability for standard rooms for your dates, so that's clear why it didn't show up while the Meridien Park shows rates of 160 Euro for standard room. Thanks for the new hotel for the list (to speak - unauthorized - for thereuare :) ). Link to comment
thereuare
What he said :)Welcome to BetterBidding and thank you for sharing your win. Please do clarify the zone that this hotel is in, i'll mark it as the East zone but please confirm so we know we have it right.Enjoy your stay. schatzimab
Sorry I forgot to mention the zone. It is, indeed, East. It is actually walking distance from Le Meridien, but a bit further from the Bahnhof. Link to comment
TBQ
The Marriott doesn't have availability for standard rooms for your dates, so that's clear why it didn't show up while the Meridien Park shows rates of 160 Euro for standard room. One possible explanation is that the Marriott is located across the street from the Messe. If there is a smaller or medium-size meeting or fair, the Marriott and the Mairtim (the two closest hotels) can sometimes sell out, while the hotels closer to the Hbf and the center still have rooms available. Of course, when one of the really big shows (like the book fair) is on, everything sells out. Link to comment
