AaronJB
Welcome to Betterbidding. When you bid, you have to be willing to accept any hotel at the star rating given and the amenities can apply to potentially many different hotels. If you are bidding and enter the desired bid, that doesn't mean that a hotel will accept - you have to click and have the service search to see if a hotel will accept. Unfortunately a $100 bid isn't going to be realistic at the 5* level for these dates. At the 4* level, you're probably likely looking at around the $160-180 (depending on zone) price neighborhood for the core areas of Seattle for these dates. What would be your desired budget per night/star rating for this stay and which zones would be acceptable? thereuare
To further expand in the above... At the point you're at in the bidding process (ie- review your bid before you click the submit button) PRICELINE has not yet even checked inventory for your dates. The only reason they can show the 'guaranteed amenities' is because the amenities listed are available at every 5* hotel in this zone. Unfortunately i agree with AaronJB and your chances of getting a 5* hotel in this zone for these dates at $100/nite are close to zero. What exactly is it that you're looking for in a hotel for this stay? With a check-in date of tomorrow do you have firm plans to be in the area and need a hotel OR is this just an optional trip that you would make if (as you thought) you could get at a 5* hotel for $100/nite?
