I'm looking at 2 hotels for these dates, and I was hoping for some help with ID. 

 

Millennium Park 4 star for $109 Amenity Set - Free Internet, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Golf nearby, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Wheelchair accessible, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower (Blackstone or Palmer House - don't want to be as far south as Blackstone.)

 

River North 4.5 star for $127 Amenity Set - Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Golf nearby, Spa services, Children's activities (Thinking the Westin??)

 

ANY help would be welcomed.  We really don't "need" a specific area.  We're coming into Union Station, and we're comfortable with public transportation.

A couple of minor notes: if you feel like a nice walk, you can walk East of Union to Wacker, then North on Wacker, which eventually winds around and heads East. After the bend, not far at all on Wacker to the Westin. Or it's an incredibly short cab ride.

 

While the river view rooms at this property are upgrades, if a view is of interest, the river view rooms (especially on higher floors) provide a classic city view. You can inquire at check-in and see what they say.
