thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! Best guess/comments for each: 4.5* HOTWIRE Midtown East for $198.00 Pet Friendly Boutique Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet ==> The Westin New York Grand Central is an exact match for this one as per the Hotwire Hotel List 4* HOTWIRE Midtown East for $161.00 Free Internet Pet Friendly Boutique Smoke Free Fitness Business Hi-Speed Internet Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> from the Hotwire Hotel List a match for the Iberostar 70 Park Avenue 4* HOTWIRE Times Square North for $204.00 Pet Friendly Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Business Laundry Hi-Speed Internet Spa ==> New York Hilton Midtown 5* HOTWIRE Times Square North for $273.00 Free Internet Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Hi-Speed Internet Childrens Activities ==> The Michelangelo Hotel The Michelangelo Hotel is probably the nicest property and best reviewed property among those above, but the question is if you want to spend $300/nite for a room this trip. The Hilton New York has a similar location (which is very centrally located) but i think the mixed TA reviews is do the fact that it is a very business oriented hotel so it's fairly impersonal and the lobby is often crowded with conference attendees (who may not necessarily be staying at the property). Both the Westin and the Iberostar are good values at the prices above, imo. However, i would also consider this one (confirm your dates on the landing page of the provided link): 4.5* Chelsea Area for $212 Business Center Restaurant Fitness Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities ==> best guess here would be the INNSIDE New York Nomad which is a relatively new chain to NYC that has been receiving very good reviews. Location here is very good as well with multiple subway lines nearby as well as a 'moderate' (~15 minutes) to Times Square and/or the High Line... you can also use the link/code in my signature for an extra 5% off if you go this route. rkd246
I got the NY Westin Grand Central, which is a perfect location for us! Thanks!! Link to comment
thereuare
Congratulations on your success! Nice to see you received the hotel you were hoping for and that this will work well for your plans this weekend. I will add that you're also near my often recommended Ess-A-Bagel (Third Ave at 51st St) which has one of the best bagels in the city, makes for a nice, and relatively inexpensive, breakfast among local NYers. Thank you for sharing your win with the board. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Enjoy your stay.
