imoahu
was looking at a hotel that was $98 all week and now it is $104. Do they rotate sale prices? will it go back down the closer the check in date? Link to comment
thereuare
Just like regular hotel rates, opaque prices fluctuate based upon supply vs. demand (and i don't put too much value in their 'sales' as it's mostly marketing). How far away is your trip and for how many nites? Do you think you have identified the hotel being offered? If it's a $25 savings vs. a regular rate at the same property does a $6/nite savings change your mind? If it's a $50 savings... does the $6/nite effect your purchase decision? What if a $100/nite savings? If you'd like help with this trip/property please provide the full details of the HOTWIRE (star rating, city, zone, room rate per nite, dates of your stay, and the full amenity set associated with the property) and we will have a look. Note that to get the full amenity set you may need to search using our BiddingHelper.com tool and in the EASY VIEW tab click the GREEN 'See All Amenities' button next to this offer. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
