I am trying to book a Hotwire hotel in Aruba between 10/27/16 and 11/1/2016. We are trying to stay on or near the beach in a 3.5* or better. Here are the hotels I narrowed it down to using the BiddingHelper.com tool:

Today I see a 4.5* for $157/night, no resort fee, a 95% approval rate and the following amenities: Fitness center, Golf nearby, Near beach, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Spa services.

 

Could this be the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort?

I'm not seeing the offer above when searching for your dates, are you still seeing this on your own HOTWIRE search?

 

Are you searching for the default 1room/2adults/0children?

 

Are none of the previous HOTWIRE offers of interest?  Is there something specific that you're looking for? (or trying to avoid?)

I ran that search on my phone. I don't see it now either as I am using the laptop. Yes, I am searching the default 1 rooom/2 adults/ 0 children.

 

I am trying to be on or near the beach for somewhere under $175/night if possible. Preferably a 4* or 4.5*.

 

I now see the 4.5* for $129 if I use BiddingHelper.com. If I just do a straight quote (top of this page), this hotel (assuming it's the same) shows up with a recommendation rate of 95% recommended 5 reviews. Does this narrow it down?

I apologize, on a straight search on Hotwire.com, the $129/night, no resort fee, 95% recommended has the following amenities: Free Internet, Free parking, Fitness center, Golf nearby, Near beach, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Spa services. Notice the different amenities from the hotel listed in my first post for $129. Could this be a different one and what would be your guess?

I would assume that the hotel appearing in the HOTWIRE tab of BiddingHelper.com (use the HOTWIRE tab and not a separate search) is the same as the 4.5* in the EASY VIEW TAB, but can't say for certain, since the 'regular' Hotwire tab only shows a partial amenity set.

Unfortunately i don't have any insight as to which property this one is.

Update: my girlfriend ended up booking the Hyatt directly and the total with all taxes came to a little over $900, similar to the 4.5* on the beach here. I wish I knew what the 4.5* near the beach was...
