I saw the $288 one also but it has different amenities than the one in your original post (at least the one i'm seeing).  Your post above has 17 amenities whereas the current listing i'm seeing has 15:

Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Free Parking, Blind Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in Shower

==> if this is what you're seeing the Fairmont Southampton would be a guess, but i'm really unsure about this one

 

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

Decided to not to book at this time--rate was good but taxes and fees killed the deal.

It's a moot point since it doesn't look like this property is still being offered for your dates when searching for 2adults/2children.

Are your plans to go to Bermuda firm and you still need a room... or did you decide to travel elsewhere, cancel traveling entirely for these dates, etc?
