Hotwire Hotel: Scottsdale-Old Town

Ideally looking for a 4 or 5* hotel in Old Town Scottsdale area for Mon 10/17-Wed 10/19/16.  2 rooms. Need a rate of $165 +tax or less per night per room. Hoping for no resort fees as that would allow for less of a nightly rate.  Complimentary breakfast would be an added plus.  Some hotels I am open to are (Some may be rated under 4 * but seem to get decent reviews): Hyatt Place Old Town, Hilton Garden Inn, Marriott Suites Old Town, Saguaro, Hotel Valley Ho, and maybe the DoubleTree old town.  I see the following on Hotwire:

Scottsdale 4* $155

==> likely The Scottsdale Resort at Mccormick Ranchdowngraded to the 4* level since it was last reported to the board

 

Scottsdale 4* $123

==> no guess
