Best guess for the first property would be the Chancellor Hotel on Union Square (and would be the one i would recommend given the 90% user recommendation and 4.5/5.0 TA rating... and that the second one is now appearing at $158/nite, making the price difference between the two minimal)

 

For the second property my guess would be a new amenity set for the Hotel Fusion.
