Started bidding at $62. Won at $76 (but skipped $75). Taxes and fees $18.59. Total $94.59. It is the Hotel Indigo Baltimore-Mt Vernon. It keeps trying to change the hotel name when I type it in.

I think it is in the PRICELINE EXPRESS deals at $81.

 

p.s. you get 16-17 rebids in this area for 4* if you want to stay north of Baltimore.

After doing some research, it looks like it is a newly remodled hotel. It used to be the Mt Vernon hotel wich was a 2.5* with a lot of complaints about. The reviews about the new hotel are very good however. It is acutally a 4.5* on yelp.
