Rated 7.0 out of 10 (or higher) Amenities: Free Parking, Free Internet, Free Breakfast, Indoor or Outdoor Pool Going for a family trip to Legoland before it becomes packed with the summer crowd. But found that the hotels around Legoland are already in their summer pricing. The wife set a budget of three nights for under $400. I used the Bidding.Helper to pull up comparisons and make a few $100/night bids on Priceline for 3* hotels. When that failed, I tried a few bids for 2* starting at $50 and stopping at $62. Switched to PRICELINE EXPRESS for the $64 2*. With a three night total of $227.76, I came in way under wife's budget. But the Rodeway is sure downscale from the 4* I was first aiming for but missed for $100/night. ;-) Link to comment
