Does this mean I'm going to be charged extra at the hotel? Is this standard for Amsterdam Priceline wins?

Well I just got back from this stay, and I was charged EUR 3.30 per night for the city tax. Since this is supposed to be 5%, I assume it means that Priceline paid EUR 66 per night to the hotel?

I realised when submitting a bid, the following disclaimer is made:

Please note, your offer price does not include applicable government tax and service charges or a standard HK$75 processing fee per offer for accepted requests. Incidentals (breakfast, parking, phone calls, room service, movie rentals etc.), resort fees and local taxes incurred during your stay are the responsibility of the guest and are not included in your offer price.

So Priceline will probably get out of refunding the amount by using this clause. I don't think I'll bother following up with Priceline.
