k4man
I've tried for the downtown Coal Harbor district and gotten as high as $165.00 with no luck. I also tried 4 star same district and got up to $115. Any suggestions? Link to comment

k4man
I would like to pay $175 or less. Do you think it's higher because of the U.S. holiday weekend? I got a great price in Seattle for the next 2 days. Link to comment
yellowdog
I think you're looking at approx $200 when bidding 5*. And I think you need to raise your budget $10-15 when bidding 4*. The 4.5* is very expensive so I believe inventory is low for that rating. I see what I believe is Hyatt Regency on HOTWIRE $139 +tax/fee, is this a property you would like? Let us know your thoughts. k4man
A lot of hotels were sold out that day when I checked different sites, so there must be something going on. Prices start at $271 for the rooms we got, so we got a good deal. Link to comment
