Was upgraded to this 3.5* property. Correct name of hotel is Embassy Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor (not what it defaulted to above). Used your PRICELINE link. Cheapest nonrefundable price on hotel's website is $141. For what it's worth, HOTWIRE had a 3* for $57 but I was worried it was the Holiday Inn Express. Link to comment
