They are now processing Better Price Guarantee refund--after I spent more than an hour being passed from Customer Serrvice to Customer Relations. It was a matter of principle for me --not the money.They kept insisting there was no $234 rate on their website but I had it on screen. Finally, after 3 calls, someone could confirm it. This is first time using Price.line or Hot.wire where there was no savings over rates available elsewhere. And the guarantee is worth next to nothing if you have to go through what I did to have it honored. Link to comment
