ITALY Rome (Coliseum - Termini Station) Hotel Latinum

I won this hotel in Jan 2015 on a low $39 bid. I was worried as to what I might find, but it is delightful. Whew.

First, when mapping to it, be sure to include "Piazza" in the address. There is both that and a long street by the same name. If following the street numbers, 11 Piazza is past the 80s on the odd-numbered side of the street. Maybe a mile from Termini.

The room is charmingly done in chocolate Browns, creams, and golds. Everything works. And logically. Quick hot water, controls simple. Double-panes window. Still some street noise ... ah, but it is Rome street noise, and I always bring ear plugs.

Good reading light over the bed.

Desk and chair, luggage rack.

Delightful included breakfast.

Good-natured helpful front desk with excellent English.

Bus stop outside the door.

Great speed WiFi.

A bed that will please those that like them firm.

And clean.
