Priceline Hotel: 3 * Ft. Lauderdale Beach 1/02/15-1/04/15 $156

I am trying to book for early January and the usual 4* hotels are in the $3-400 a night range . I found this hotel on PRICELINE EXPRESS

Amenities are restaurant , business center, indoor /outdoor pool.

The Betterbidding hotel list offers

4 possibilites.

2 of them would be nice but 2 of them are far north.

 Any ideas on how to determine which property this is?
