Help needed

Hello

We just Checked in a 4 stars hotel in Tokyo

It is by all mean nothing near a 4 stars

Dirty, old furnitures/broke furnitures, stains and mold are everywhere.

This is a dumpster !

We visit a lot of hotel in japan and never seen something this awful.

Its is simply disgusting!!!

What should i do? We try to manage w/ hotel and insist to switch rooms... Just worst!

Difficult to comment when we have no idea what hotel it is that you are referencing and/or how long your stay is (no wins reported to the board in over 5 years) :(

It would be appreciated if you started to share your wins with the board so that others can benefit from the information, just as you are seeking help from others regarding your current situation.
