Priceline Hotel: 4* Downtown Miami, FL help requested

I'm looking to place a bid on a 4 star hotel in the Downtown Miami area for Oct. 5th through Oct. 11th 2014. The amenities guaranteed by Priceline are:

 

Indoor or Outdoor Pool

Business Center

7+ Guest Review

 

What is your best guess at the hotel, and do you have any bidding strategies for this one?

There is also another option in the Coral Gables - Coconut Grove area:

On the bidding side of PRICELINE, there is no way to tell the hotel based upon the amenities shown - what the service is saying is that all the potential properties at that star level offer the amenities shown.

 

What would be your desired max bid per night, desired star rating and which zones are acceptable?

Following up on this post, I did travel to Miami, but got a killer price at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables through Expe.dia.
