I'm not seeing a 4* on Hot.wire with these amenities when searching for these dates. If you are still seeing it, how many people are you searching for?

 

The 4* on PRICELINE EXPRESS has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess the Mills House or Renaissance Charleston would be possibilities.

I believe i'm seeing the 4* in the Downtown zone, but i think there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above? Using this method below is the full amenity set i'm seeing for the 4* hotel in this zone when searching for your dates:
