tlsstc Posted May 3, 2014 Report Share Posted May 3, 2014 Not thrilled with the location, but I had no luck bidding in other neighborhoods (CPS, MW, ESB, Soho-Tribeca, HK) at the 4* or 3.5* levels at $200 and below. I started at $200 at 4* in this neighborhood and my 1st bid was accepted - Link to comment
