Priceline Hotel: 4* New York City (Times Square - Theatre District) Hyatt Times Square

Absolutely had no idea I would win at this price, so sorry, I don't think I used the betterbidding Priceline link. I planned to just see what rebid offers I would get.

 

First bid: $110 for 4* in Times Square, CPS, Midtown West.

 

Offered free re-bid at $130, which I declined.

 

Free re-bid at $115 by adding Morningside Heights, and won Hyatt Times Square, which gets generally very good reviews on tripadvisor. Price through Hyatt with AAA discount is $242.

 

Total including tax and fees for one night is $146.34.

 

I was on the fence about going to NYC that night, but I guess it's decided now!

Definitely a terrific deal for this property in May - $115 is more what you'd see during the slowest period of the year.
