Went through several bids in 2.5* ($39, 41, 43, 45, 47, 49, finally $50) and ended up with the lowest graded 3* in the zone.  Older hotel, shows its wear, comfortable beds at least. 

$50 + $12.30 taxes/fees = $62.30/night inclusive.
