• Used BB PRICELINE link as always
• Started downtown for 3.5 Stars and $45 (No Sale)
• Added Hixson area and 3.0 Starts with a $46.00 bid (Accepted)
• Got Chattanooga Choo Choo (Has been listed in the Downtown Region as 2.5 Stars - Not sure what caused the upgrade in the property but it is now a 3 Stars) 

Just needed a place to sleep with the family on the way back from Florida.  So long as it is clean this is a good win.  I would not have added 3 Star as soon to my bid but still a good deal.

Just a quick question / observation. When you are bidding for 3 star property for downtown Chattanooga, it currently shows "8+" for guest reviews on the bidding page.  The Choo-Choo currently has 6.3 for guess reviews.  Do you think its safe to assume that I would not get Choo-Choo if I bid for 3 star considering the bidding page states 8+ ? 

 

In my opinion, the Choo-Choo is closeer to a 2 star hotel!

With the Chattanooga Choo Choo's current 6.3 user review rating, and the 8+ showing on the NYOP Bidding side of PRICELINE, i would assume that they are not currently participating with the 'bidding' side of PRICELINE.

If you were to bid and did happen to receive the Chattanooga Choo Choo you should be able to get them to offer a refund since it didn't meet the minimum threshold of the user review rating specified.
