Used La Paloma for rebid. Above average breakfast for a 2.5* property, clean feel/look, bed clean but average in quality at best, 60+ cable channels but no HD, pool/whirlpool outside (no privacy fence), single treadmill in their Fitness Center, you can hear even yourself walk across the room (easy to hear tenant above walk in their room; however, no 'noisy' tenants to either side to hear through the wall, etc. All in all, pretty average for a 2.5*. Needed to be close to airport or I would have pursued what appear to be the best values for mid to upper-mid level properties in Tucson in the 3.5* options in the East zone with winning bids in the upper $40's.
