moshulu
Heads up: this 3* property was in poor condition; major renovations from it's Ramada days brought improvements: nice lobby, updated large rooms and free parking. But- front desk staffing is spotty, room keys have to be reprogrammed after every entry, plumbing problems and insects prevail. The Radisson at LAX is far better in this cagegory, and the LAX designation is misleading as it is 3 miles from the airport in the heart of Culver City.LAX Plaza Hotel 6333 Bristol Parkway Culver CityOct 19 - Oct 22Restaurant(s) Pool(s) Fitness Center Laundry Facilities$68.00 per night SubTotal $204.00Taxes/Fees $27.31Total Price $231.31 Link to comment

moshulu
this looks like a new hotel for the lists, was this a "Best Value"?Update: in retrospect I think it was marked Best Value at the time. Interesting follow-up; I was contacted by Hotwire mgmt. after completed a survey and they were very concerned at my description of the hotel. They extended a partial credit and were to initiate a follow-up investigation. I was impressed and advised them this allayed my fears of using them again. Link to comment
thereuare
The "Best Value" designation is not hotel specific, but rather is assigned based upon the price relative to the other hotels shown on that search, so it's not really useful in helping to identify the property before purchase. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
