Hotwire Hotel: 3* Portland (Vancouver) Residence Inn

Scored $44 for Residence Inn for 11/5/05 for 1 night.

Last month, I paid $68 thinking that I was getting Residence Inn, but ended up getting Staybridge Suites.

This is a new hotel to Hotwire. My parents love staying at the Residence Inn and love their hot complimentary breakfast. They did not like Staybridge Suites as well, their breakfast was not that good and hotel not as nice as the Residence Inn. They should enjoy their stay this time with Marriott's new upgraded bedding. I noticed that Hotwire gets really expensive as you get closer to the date of your stay, so better to book in advance as much as possible. Staybridge Suites has 7 icons where Residence Inn has 5. Both are 3 stars, so don't make the mistake.
