I was expecting the Swisshotel (specifically, the "tennis" amenity noted), but I got the Fairmont next door. Add it to the list.

Can you confirm that this was at the 4.5* level?

I'd recommend asking for a high floor with a park view. They may say no, but it's worth a try (worst they can say is no.)

There's a Mariano's Fresh Market right nearby at 330 E Benton. I'd also suggest Wildberry right nearby for breakfast - the Pittsfield Cafe (in the Pittsfield Building) is also an old-school Chicago diner option (cash only) a bit further.
