Newbie need Help - Need to get from Washington(Or nearby) to Ireland as cheap as possible

Want to travel to Ireland in early January (2nd or 3rd?) for ten days or so. Not fussy about what airport I arrive in, or the exact date or even what airport I leave from once its in Maryland (Can travel to New York easily too!). Have been having no luck with finding deals myself, ~850$ is the cheapest I've found.

Any and all help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
