maynard7
Please help ID this hotel. I looked on the Hotwire list for Vegas Northwest, and only a 2* hotel came up.3* Las Vegas Northwest Area $20 per night! 70% recommendedAmenities: Free Parking, Casino, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center The dates I checked were July 23-25. Thanks for any input, and I *promise* to use your links when I book! Everybody have a great weekend! Link to comment

maynard7
OK, I updated the Atlanta trip from last year. I will be sure to use the links for searching as well. No need to research this one... I am going to try to find a place that doesn't charge a resort fee. What looks like a good deal ends up not being one, because of the resort fees these places are charging. I wonder what they're going to charge us for next.... wear & tear fee on the door hinges for opening the door to the room? Link to comment
thereuare
Since the hotels charge resort fees even to those customers who book direct, the PRICELINE / HOTWIRE rate is still a good deal, although it may not ultimately be as cheap in dollar terms as originally thought. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. You may want to also try our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com since knowing the hotel name beforehand will help minimize the chances of any resort fees (use the address of 'Las Vegas Strip, NV' instead of just 'Las Vegas, NV', since the former will give you the main area of the strip, whereas the latter will give you the center of Las Vegas, which is not the strip)Good luck and let us know whatever you ultimately decide to do for this stay.
