Was ready to give up and move to 4* hotels (which are not bad at all in downtown Chicago area), when my $90 bid was accepted. Was wondering if anyone had experience requesting particular room/bed types with this hotel - we're traveling with two small kids, and I was hoping for either a sleeper sofa or for suite with two double beds.
