Ask for a x18 or x20 room on floors 3 through 7 to get a room with a balcony. Avoid the breakfast. There are additional TV channels that don't show up on the remote (4-2, 7-2, 9-2, 26-2, 26-3, 50-2, and 50-3) This hotel used to bid around $37/night until it got a 3 star rating. Now it's $40/night or more. Stayed here approximately 10 weeks over a six month period from 9/2012 to 6/2013.
