I'm really looking for any deal I can find 4 or 5 star, (even 3 if it were very cheap and Polo Towers or something I was already familiar with) - The rates I found above are a bit higher than I would like but I realize its very last minute on a holiday weekend. I'll take any advice you might have regarding this or if I should try for Priceline instead.

Please provide a follow-up for your prior Boston Hotwire thread (post in that thread what you decided for that stay), then reply to this thread and we'll be happy to look into the above. If the price is more important than the possibility of knowing the name of the hotel should you go with PRICELINE. Most of the times can you undercut the HOTWIRE price with PRICELINE

Let us know your thoughts and we'll go from there.

I am researching that now - I see wins at Venetian for as low as $110 for some of my nights and $123 for others... I need to include the Saturday night stay so that may bump me up a bit. I dont want to end up at TI, Luxor or NY NY if I choose a 4 star hoping to get MGM or Mandalay.

Do you agree with my guesses as to the Hotwire bids? I'm a big fan of Signature so that may be a logical choice.

Yes, I agree with you. 4.5* Signature Suites looks like a match.

And the 5* North would my guess be the same as yours. Venetian or Palazzo.

You can avoid TI with bidding 5* only for the North zone. Bidding 4* in the South zone is risky business if you ask me. And there's always the chance to get an upgrade with PRICELINE.

Let us know how we can help you further with your stay.

I was able to find a deal on Signature Suites through an online promo code that undercut what I found on Hotwire by a couple hundred dollars. Jumped on that and am happy with my purchase (minus the fact that I will not have a balcony room ;) ).

Thanks for your help! B)
