This is a work booking for two of our upstate members for a training in lower Manhattan this weekend. Put in several bids yesterday from 100-125 for 3* up in this zone and Soho-Tribeca, to no avail. Thought I would hit in that range based on Hotwire, PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals, and non-opaque deals pricing as low as $151 for a 3.5* but nothing came up. After 24 hours, I bid again, first at 3* in Downtown - Financial District only, and hit for this upgraded star level:
