Darren72
Hi everyone, I'd like to stay at the O'Hare Hilton the evening before a very early flight. The hotels.com price for this hotel for Tuesday, January 8th, is $229. Hotwire lists two 4* properties in O'Hare North. I think the first one might be the Hilton, but I'd love any feedback others have. I've highlighted the items that differ between the two hotels. The reason that I think property #1 might be the Airport Hilton is because it doesn't list handicap parking. Indeed, the hotel's own website does not indicate that it has handicap parking. As far as I can tell, there aren't any 4* hotels listed on other sites that don't have handicap parking; but there are some 3.5* hotels listed on Expedia. It's always possible that one of these is 4* on Hotwire.Property #1:4* O'Hare Intl Airport ORD North area hotel$87(Does not list a price that other sites charge)Amenities:Indoor pool(s) Airport Shuttle Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom Property #2:4* O'Hare Intl Airport ORD North area hotel$90$143 on other sites Recommended: In 90% of Hotwire customer reviews. This Hotel features the following amenities:<amenity names only please... not descriptions>Airport Shuttle Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Wheelchair accessible Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower Thanks! thereuare
The amenities for the $87 hotel (the first one listed) do match previous reports for the Hilton Airport so that would be my best guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. Darren72
Unfortunately, that property is no longer listed. Rats. I shouldn't have waited. :) Hopefully it will come back sometime before I need to travel. Link to comment

While no guarantees, you may want to try searching for 2 adults and 2 children (even if there isn't 2 children in the party), as different listings *MAY* appear versus when searching only for two.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Darren72
This worked! Thanks a lot. The hotel was indeed the O'Hare Hilton. I'm very pleased. So, for the record, it was Property #1 above, $87 for the evening of January 8. Strangely, Hotwire now says that this room is $143 on other sites. I couldn't find it for less than $229. Link to comment
