I looked on Hotwire in Bloomsbury and found a daily rate of US$111.00 per night (which is not bad for a 3 1/2 * hotel). I tried book just the weekend (October 28 - November 1) and got a daily rate for $89.00 per night, a nice savings. I booked it. I then tried the same for November 1 - 4 and it was $112.00 per night. I saved $22.00 per night for three nights doing it this way. I will keep looking for the November 1-4 rates since I did not book it, or try Priceline, although it would not be fun to have to check out of one hotel and then into another with the packing/unpacking.
