Hotwire Hotel: 2.5* Los Angeles (Hollywood) Dunes Inn Sunset

This was a pretty bad "winning". Despite being marked as a "Super Saving" hotel, I was able to find the same hotel for $50 less for the duration of this stay with the possibility of canceling without penalty 24 hours in advance. I complained about it and tried to use the "lowest price guarantee" to get the $50 back, but I only got $11 approved as a refund (reason is that the website I found list prices tax incluse and Hotwire doesn't include taxes or refund excessive taxes with their lowest price guarantee). Pretty unhappy with this result.

And thanks for all the resources in better bidding! I wish somebody would have discovered this bad hotel before me... at least now the next person knows.
