I started bidding at $150 for tuesday to tuesday. This was denied and said if I was willing to pay $309 total they could give me a red eye option.

I tweeked my dates tues to wed and upped the ante to $185 with the same outcome.

I tweeked dates again to wed to wed at $150 and got the $231 total option (which i checked to be much lower than the best advertised price of $323).

Overall, i was pleased considering the only cheaper option i could find was $200 nonstop jetblue out of chicago into boston

(but would need bus/t into chicago from mich and boston to prov, respectively).
