thesqueegeekid Posted August 1, 2003 Report Share Posted August 1, 2003 My friends just got this .... on her fourth rebid starting at $33 for 2.5* and that starting over at 3* bids of $38, $41 and finally $44.At $38, she got a counter-offer to add $11.They were happy to get this hotel as I am staying there Aug 6-8 and they are joining me there.I went to the hotel yesterday (I was next door at the Amerisuites) to request 2 beds and a great view and she gladly smiled and sad no problem.Taxes and fees were crazy on this one ... total came to $55.81. NJ has a 6% and I am positive that before, the fees and taxes used to come up at around $6. Even our first bid of $33 had $10 in T&F's. Link to comment
