trdude Posted July 19, 2012 Report Share Posted July 19, 2012 Perhaps the best 4* hotel is Delta.Empress would be out of your price range. Most hotels in Victoria is not that great. I just spent a weekend there (I live in Vancouver), try to not go 3* if you can afford it. Link to comment
