I am taking my mom to San Francisco for her 60th birthday and would love a nice room.Is it just not possible? I've used PL many times and have never been successful in getting a room upgrade, although I always ask. Link to comment

tb18 Posted May 13, 2012 Report Share Posted May 13, 2012 I've had some luck with upgrades with PL hotels. The most recent was at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago.So it is possible...it also helps if you've waited for more than 30 min for checkin... Link to comment
