I don't have a guess for the 4.5* property, but the 5* might be the InterContinental Grand Stanford and that would be my best guess for this one.

The rate today was $209 instead of $227.

Looks like both PRICELINE and Expedia offer this hotel for $196/nite for your dates... so you could submit a HOTWIRE best rate guarantee and (assuming approved) get a refund of ~$120. This needs to be done within 48 hours of booking so you need to do this ASAP.

Long time no post! I am interested in this hotwire find. For 4/25 - 4/29 Hotwire comes up with 5* Kowloon (Tsim Sha Tsui - Hung Hom) area at AU$1196. Same facilities as above and 90% rating. So it sounds like it is the InterContinental Grand Stamford. Yet, the comparison rate is $2216.

The AU$2216 price matches that of the Intercontinental Hong Kong (harbour view room), the Intercontinental Grand Stanford comes up at AU$1382 for those nights.

How do you think Hotwire gets the AU$2216 comparison rate?

Please start by changing the currency drop down menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's page to US Dollars (and if applicable the country to United States). Then use a HOTWIRE link here and continue to search HOTWIRE and post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation.
