Hope you're pleased with the outcome and looking forward to your stay. If you're not familiar with this property it's set within a large office building complex and convenient to lots of local restaurants and shops. If it should happen to be cold you can even access many restaurants and a movie theater without needing to go outside, and their fitness center is HUGE (for a hotel) since they use the same facilities that the office complex makes available on a membership basis for tenants. However, note that the walls are paper thin i we could easily hear conversations taking place in the room next to ours.
