Hotel is ideally located half block from Union Square on Powell Street. I had reserved two rooms and fortunately called in advance to request one of the rooms with two beds. Was told Hotwire rooms are normally queen only but they did accomodate my request for one of the rooms for two doubles.

Older hotel with smaller rooms, especially the bathroom. If you are looking for a room with the newest upgrades in decor and marble couter tops and flooring, then this is not the place for you. Overall cleanliness was very good and comfortable. No charge for internet service wich is a plus but noticed that parking was $37/day. Our particular rooms were on the 14th and 17th floor so there was no issues with street noise.

Nice restaurant/bar on the first floor of the hotel and has a popular bar/nightclub on the 21st floor with a great view that seemed to be a hot spot for evening drinks and dancing.

If you are looking for a hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, resonable price, with a great location, then this is a great choice.
