Priceline Hotel: 3* Port Angeles Red Lion

Just checked only Red Lion is listed as 3* from priceline.

Expedia offer $139, while Hotwire offer $93

Since I still have enough time, I don't want to bid too high, where should I start to bid? Thanks!

I would check Hotwire again, I see a 3* for $70, which might be the Red Lion, it has these amenities:

Oceanfront

Near Beach

Restaurant(s)

Pool(s)

Fitness Center

Business Center

Laundry Facilities (self-service)

I don't think you would do a whole lot better than that through Priceline. How soon would you like to confirm your stay? And keep in mind, that although the Red Lion is the only property that has been reported as a winning 3* bid, that doesn't mean that there can't be other hotels that show up.

I would use that Hotwire amount as my upper limit. We saw a previous win at $58 but that was off-season, I believe. So I would start to bid at $60 or $65, for your July dates. But, depends on how quickly you want your stay confirmed and how important a $5 or $10 difference means to you! :)

If you really want to save the most and don't mind bidding over a couple of weeks, you can start lower, of course.

Those smaller town hotels can be tricky to bid sometimes, and of course there are no free rebids!!!!
